Therefore,
correct answer = 50% of x
10 + 1/4 (x - 12) = 0.5x
10 + 0.25x - 3 = 0.5x
7 = 0.5x - 0.25x
7 = 0.25x
x = 7 / 0.25
x = 28
Therefore, they are 28 questions on the test.
